Visit of PURA LEMPUYANG temple & water palace of TIRTAGANGGA

Lempuyang Luhur temple is a sacred temple which is considered temple of the East, the abode of god Iswara, keeper of the peace. The views from here are truly divine, along the north and east coast of Bali and to the west, Mount Agung, often shrouded in amazing cloud formations. During ceremonies we can meet processions dressed-up people ascending long stairs to top. Stairs go through tropical forest. You can meet here monkeys and birds. Climbing takes ca. 2 hours. Raja’s water palace Titragangga /Holly spring/ was build back in 1948 for the late Raja of Karangasem. We get there by bus in ca. 30minutes, through rice fields. There is comfortable restaurant in the palace complex with water reservoir, waterfalls and swimming polls. You can swim in pools that once belonged only to Raja. It is very peaceful place 45minutes by bus from resort Relax Bali.
